- Email Account Summary will replace Monthly Statement mailing.
- Effective 1/1/2008…if CNI has your email address on file, we will automatically switch your account over to receive our new email Account Summary (formerly “Monthly Statement”).
- If we do not have an email address on file, we will attempt to contact you to make sure we have your current email address. In the interim, please feel free to contact your Account Rep at CNI (at 800-933-7161) or respond to accountsummary@cnidist.com (with your appropriate email address to help us both expedite this process).
- If you still wish to receive a Monthly Statement via regular postal mail, please contact your Account Rep at CNI (at 800-933-7161 or respond to accountsummary@cnidist.com) and we will gladly assist you.
- All EDI Purchase Orders via Pubnet now Accepted (for users of Bookstore Manager, IBID/IRT and Revelation Retail Systems).
- Determine your store’s ability to transmit EDI orders with your existing POS system features.
- Go to our Trading Partner Request Form and sign up to notify CNI of your desire to begin EDI transactions.
- Activate the EDI features within your POS system and sit back and enjoy faster service, maximum discounts and lower labor costs.
